We've been waiting forever for a theater that serves restaurant quality food with the show. The food was delicious. I got the eggplant sandwich, and my son got mac and cheese. Both were so yummy. On top of that they had great beer on tap (including Guinness and Shock Top). Definitely worth leaving our TV set and enjoying a night out.

It's not on the menu, but did you know you can order the Korean sides separately? He doesn't always have it, but I LOVE the chop chae side (glass noodles). The sides are very reasonably priced, and I sometimes go just to eat several sides of the chop chae.

I am so happy this restaurant opened. The Korean food is comparable to what I have had in California, with one exception: It's not as spicy as other Korean food I've had. Perhaps this is the owners catering to American taste buds (Korean food is very very spicy!), but since we're in Texas, I think they can be a little less cautious. They do bring out hot sauce with every meal, so the customers can season to their taste.

Really good, authentic, fresh food. The black rice is fantastic, and the seafood tofu stew is perfect for the cold, rainy days we've been having.

This has been my 4 year old son's favorite restaurant for about a year. For some reason he just likes the atmosphere--nice and loud, lots of people around all the time. And it helps that they have Kraft mac and cheese on the kid's menu.

This place has the best selection of draft beer in Waco. The food is alright, but the beer is great!

We've been coming to Uncorked for awhile to learn about wine. The staff has been very knowledgeable and friendly. They also have great snacks to go with the wine: flatbreads, cheese or chocolate fondue, and always one or two tempting desserts.

Huge pancakes as big as your head with lots of variety. Delicious omelets, and great coffee. I don't like lunch here as much, which is why I didn't give it an Excellent.

Not only can you get good greasy spoon diner food and breakfast here, but you help fund Mission Waco. Good vegetarian options, lots of comfort food, and free trade shopping for a cause.
The food here is very good, although as a vegetarian I usually have to make a special request to the cook. They are happy to oblige. The service is not as great as the Green Room Grille, but it's still a nice place for a fancy evening out.

The Olive Branch
This is one of my favorite places for breakfast. The wraps are delicious, and the pancakes are the most beautifully presented I have ever seen. I also enjoy their lunch (although I've never had luck with the pasta dishes).

But by far the best thing about the Olive Branch are their wonderfully decorated, very tempting cupcakes. So heavenly. . .

This is the best Chinese food in Waco, and I've looked. My favorite dish is the Hong Kong noodle soup. There are many vegetarian friendly dishes on the menu, including both soft and fried tofu.

This restaurant and Shogun have the best sushi in town, which is not hard in Waco, but it's still worth something. My favorite dish here is actually the sesame tofu, can't get that just anywhere. The ambiance is nice for a date night, but we also didn't have any problem taking our kids here.

Bangkok Royal
This Thai food restaurant is great. I was taken here when I was interviewing for a job at Baylor. They knew I was from California, and wanted to show me there was good Asian food here. I was not disappointed.

This restaurant is also vegetarian-friendly--any dish can be made with fried tofu. They are also very good about custom cooking for allergies: my kids are allergic to eggs, peanut, and sesame, but the cook was still able to cook up some killer fried rice that my daughter loves.
