Okay, my only complaint is that the theater was fuh-reezing! However, I was beyond delighted with the burger selection, the popcorn, and my soft pretzel, which arrive tasting slightly of the popcorn oil. Our drinks came in reusable souvenir cups. (FUi, they've been through the dishwasher upwards of 15 times by now, and the print is still in great condition) there was just enough light on the tables to eat by, the movie was loud enough to cover the noise of anyone making whistling noise through their nose while they chewed (Penguins of Madagascar to the rescue!) and the staff was lovely.
This is a great place to take out of town guests and the upstairs restaurant has the same menu as the theater, also excellent downtown views.

Just not great. From the surly hostess to mediocre food, this place is a continual disappointment. Food is fairly bland, a bit greasy, and does not always arrive at the table hot. I usually end up leaving wishing I had gone somewhere else and desperately trying to figure out why it's so full? Is there an amazing item or two we haven't tried yet? We have been three times in January using up a gift card, both tried something new each time.
The tortillas have a pre-packaged quality to them, in fact, everything has a slightly pre-packaged and under-seasoned taste. I bet this restaurant does great up north, where people don't have mom-and-pop TexMex places for comparison.
