I just received word that Cafe Homestead has about 30 total seats available for the two seatings at its Brazilian Farm To Table Dinner on Saturday night.
The dinner will feature a main course of churrasco-style garlic crusted lamb kabob and a Brazilian salted chicken thigh served with vinaigrette fried polenta and bananas, and Brazilian cheese bread.
The highlight from the other three courses, to me, is the tomato, basil and mozzarella kabob, but that perhaps is only because I'm unfamiliar with pudim, which is the dessert.
Cafe Homestead manager Derek Varejka told me there are about 14 seats available for the 5:30 p.m. seating and about 20 for the 7:30 p.m. seating. The cost of the dinner is $45 and deadline for reservations is Friday at 6 p.m.
