Actually, I have a pretty good source on this from the WacoFork wire. Good enough that I felt confident that when I meandered over to the supposed new Which Wich location, I felt confident I would find people remodeling the former Daylight Donuts.
Sure enough, a couple of guys were looking over something that might have been construction plans.
Ace investigative reporter that I am, I stood in the doorway and inquired "Y'all building a Which Wich?"
They both looked at me. One nodded and the other said "Yeah."
So there you have it. I'll work on providing more expository information like how soon we can expect a Bosque Boulevard Which Wich. But just in case you're keeping score, we now have a BJ's Brewhouse with a Freebirds, Quaker Steak & Lube and Which Wich for sure on the way, plus rumors of SmashBurger and perhaps more to come.
