One of Waco's favorite taquerias is now offering its most popular menu items at Common Grounds. The El Crucero Truck @ Common Grounds is open mornings 7-11 with breakfast burritos and tacos and again in the evening 7-11 with street tacos as well as burritos and other Mexican food delights.

My first experience here
This taco trailer is known everywhere in Waco. What makes this place so irresistible is its comfortable ambiance, quick and friendly service, and it’s cheap pricing on their items. This restaurant on the go is convenient, fast serving. The service is very friendly and attentive to their customers. Chefs allow individuals to adjust and make several changes in order to satisfy customers’ requests. This restaurant isn’t particularly high class or upscale kind of place where you have to put on some decent clothes just to go out and eat. Most Baylor students favor this place because most of them are on a budget and this place gives people a large quantity of food for a small price. However, because the price is so low, anyone can’t expect the food to have to highest quality ingredients. The food is still fresh, original, and flavorful that is prepared in minutes. The menu has many varieties to choose from as well; the menu appeals to all different kinds of taste, such as meat lovers, vegetarians, gluten free, and much more. The food is very filling, so purchasing a couple of tacos can fill anybody up easily. The food trailer or truck has daily specials, a new creation everyday in case people get tired of the same options offered on their menu. The restaurant offers authentic and fast food for a bargain and is open nearly all day and night. There is no other place that can compete with this restaurant or can compare to the warm and loving essence that anybody can experience from this place! The food never gets too old and it has become a Baylor tradition to eat at this restaurant. It is not the most upscale restaurant, but is it a very good place to eat for anybody’s money worth.
Wonderful Veggie Burrito
My wife and I went to the El Crucero Food Truck last weekend for lunch. We were excited to go as we are vegetarians and saw that they had a veggie burrito special. After having this burrito, we've decided to make this a weekend tradition (and I'm having trouble not getting it every day). The combination of the eggs potatoes and veggies was perfect. With the generous amount of avocado and their spicy green sauce we were happy campers. Also, the $5.50 price point cannot be beat! I cannot recommend this truck enough, especially to the vegetarians of Waco.
Still the best
Same green sauce. Same breakfast burritos (haven't tried the evening tacos but I has full confidence). New great location. What's not to love?
