Great Olive Oils and Balsamics
I stopped by Vibrante today to see what was up. The menu was soups, sandwiches, and salads. They have a large Gluten Free selection as well. I decided on a half Avocado Club and a cup of Sweet Potato Soup. Both the sandwich and the soup were quite tasty. What Vibrante offers that will have me coming back is a large selection of olive oils and flavored balsamic vinegars. Today the brought us Persian olive oil with raspberry balsamic vinegar. It was quite tasty. They had what had to be 50+ different balsamics available for tasting. I think I might try them all.
