In all, id say the food was great, but the kind of service we received was even better. The environment was friendly, and everyone seemed to be enjoying what they were doing. The service time was a bit slow, but the food was well worth it. The salad was perfect. The lettuce was crisp and tasted fresh, there was just the right amount of cheese and croutons, and the dressing was not too heavy, but I was still able to taste it well. The biscuits were hot and fresh, and went well with the salad. I ordered the garlic shrimp linguine, and it was amazing as well. The shrimp was boiled to perfection, and the sauce had a distinct taste, but did not overpower the taste of the shrimp or pasta. I will be returning to this Red Lobster in the future.
