I went to Los Comales for the first time with a group. The menu features the usual Tex-Mex fare, plus several shrimp options, as well. Plus, the chips & salsa includes a little dipping bowl of queso at no extra cost.
Our table had shrimp quesadillas, chicken enchiladas and taco salad. The food came out perfectly hot and in large quantities. The only critique I have is that they do not have kids' menus. However, two kids split a regular enchilada plate and had plenty to eat.
I went back a few days later for Happy Hour/early dinner and enjoyed the mixed fajitas special ($8.99!) and draft beer (only $2.99 for a large mug).
It's still pretty new, and neither time did we have to wait for a table. We'll definitely be back to Los Comales.
