Who's ready for this year's installment of the 254Eats Bracket Challenge?
We had a ton of fun putting on this deal for the first time last year, so we're definitely excited about doing it again. We're not sure if we're going to take 32 or 64 restaurants for this year's challenge and we need your help deciding.
Here's how it's going to work:
Step 1 — We take nominations. You can email your nominations to me at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. That's probably the best way. Or you can comment them on this blog or you can comment them on Facebook or you can Tweet them at us.
Step 2 — We gather all the nominations.
Step 3 (if necessary) — We have a runoff to determined the last few spots on the bracket. This will be your chance to vote in this deal, so we'll be sure to let you know when it's going to happen. But keep in mind that we're going to use our discretion for picking the field and filling out the bracket as it relates to local places and chains and hybrids.
Step 4 — We post the bracket and let the voting begin. The bracket will go live on March 3.
After that, there will be a round a week until the semifinals. Everyone knows how a bracket works, right?

Nobody has any money in the game (as far as we know), because it's just for our enjoyment, so let's all keep that in mind.
