Zoës Kitchen is open.
I'm tempted to leave this blog at that, one line and roll.
After all, you don't need me to tell you that, in terms of variety and anticipation in some circles, this is the most significant fast-food opening in Waco since Freebirds.
If you don't know, it's Greek food. I'm headed to Zoes as soon as I publish this blog for some hummus and a kabob.
(Oh yeah, and since some folks might not know to click on the link, Zoes is located at Valley Mills and I-35 across from the new HEB and in the shopping center anchored by Gander Mtn.)
