We have an opening date and an initial enticing offer. We're still keeping our ear to the ground to find out if there will be any sort of pre-opening events.
Torchy's will open April 3 and offer free breakfast tacos until 10 a.m.

Opening Day to Include Free Breakfast and Other Giveaways
WACO – March 4, 2014 -- Torchy's Tacos, the popular taco shop, is set to open their newest location in Waco, Texas on Thursday, April 3rd.
The Waco location will be located at 801 S 5th Street with access points on 5th and 6th streets near downtown Waco. The location will feature an outdoor beer garden and a specialty cocktail menu featuring Torchy's specialty, the Devilish Lemonade (bourbon, strawberry puree, and fresh jalapenos), plus other handcrafted brews and sips.
Torchy's will be offering free breakfast tacos through 10AM on Thursday, April 3rd. Starting at 7AM, visitors will receive one (1) free breakfast item of their choice as either a dine-in or to-go meal. Favorites include the Monk Special (scrambled eggs with green chilies, bacon and cheese on a flour tortilla) and the Ranch Hand (grilled skirt steak, eggs, and Diablo hot sauce). Fans are also recommended to stay tuned to Torchy's Facebook and Twitter accounts as many giveaways will be happening throughout the grand opening day.
