Today, I learned, from TSTC student Philip Doriocourt, important information regarding the menu themes and dates of all of the TSTC formal dining events being held at TSTC this semester. The list below can be your “go to” reference for the rest of the semester.
Call the culinary arts department at (254) 867-4868 to secure your spot for lunch. Reservations, though not always necessary, are a good idea. It is recommended that guests arrive between 11-11:30 before lunch starts. Lunch is typically an hour long and is a full-service dining experience.
This is an awesome opportunity to have a fancy-ish yet comfortable lunch for less than $10. Here's the schedule:

Feb. 12 and 14: German by Laura Taylor.
Feb. 19 and 21: Cajun by Ashlee Walton.
Feb. 26 and 28: Italian by Kacie Goolsby.
March 5 and 7: Chinese by Iliana Moreno.
March 19 and 21: Mexican by Chris Crain.
March 26 and 28: Southern by Henrry Hicks.
April 2 and 4: Mediterranean by Brittney Bridges.
April 9 and 11: Texan by Anthony Gully.
April 16: Instructors' buffet.
April 23 and 25: French by Kevin Kelly.
