Texas Monthly is stoking the BBQ fire.

For the record, they don't have to convince us that Texas BBQ is the best by a huge margin. We might not agree 50-for-50 with the list (though we're probably on the same page with 97 percent of it), but Texas Monthly can count on the WacoFork battalion.
One more bite: Thanks to the Wacoboard boys, who generously let me share their pizza at The Dancing Bear Pub on Wednesday night. I showed up at 8:15 ready to scarf some chicken nachos only to learn that Food For Thought, which prepares the food served at The Bear, has gone to summer hours and closes at 8 for the next few months. I was a little upset, but Luke and Kyle and Megan saved my evening, or at least my dinner.
