DRINK — cranberry sparkler
APPETIZER — baby greens with candied pecans, cranberries, Van Sorman cheese and a sweet cranberry vinaigrette
SOUP — pumpkin sage with Gruyere croutons
MAIN PLATTER — roasted game quail stuffed with apple sausage dressing, bacon-wrapped green beans, cranberry citrus compote and a sourdough cheese crescent roll
DESSERT — blossoming apple dumpling with Homestead vanilla ice cream topped with caramel
