Doing a little recon today, I was surprised how quickly Which Wich at Bosque and Wooded Acres has taken shape.
Store manager Mike Duncan said the sandwich restaurant is hoping to be open by July 31. That's a tentative date, but standing in the dining room today, I don't doubt that they might be ready to go in the next couple of weeks.
One more bite: Since I was in the neighborhood, I popped into the Wooded Acres Starbucks, which recently closed briefly for remodeling. This was not my favorite Starbucks despite the fact that I have a good friend that works at the location. The cafe was just too small and not really very comfortable. From a brief look around, it seems they have taken a step in the right direction. I'll have to go for a coffee and a read there, though, to see if it really works for me now.
