I'm not going to try to influence your decision or attempt to make you see things my way today. Even if I had a definitive answer to the question, I know that you have already made up your mind.
So let's just all follow our consciences.
I realize your choice is based on a liftetime of experience. It's a product of your family and how you came up, and it's also a product of the friends you've chosen and how they feel about the issues at hand.
Some of you are willing to concede that there are positives on both sides and you understand why someone might feel differently from you. Conversely, some of you can't fathom why anyone would be on the other side or how they fail to see the superiority of the side you favor.
So we wear our T-shirts and buttons and stickers proudly. We might not convince anyone to share our tastes, but at least we can stand proudly on our side.
I'm writing, of course, about the age-old debate between supporters of Chipotle and Freebirds.
I think I know which way this election is going to go, but just for fun we'll take an exit poll of sorts. Vote for either Chipotle or Freebirds by commenting on this blog. And if you like, you can even tell us why you voted that way.
