I'm working on new restaurant news, but for the first time in a while I've hit a bit of a wall when it comes to recon. It happens I suppose.
So in place of restaurant news today, I thought I would take a quick look at this year so far and all the newness that has come our way. And just to make the process a little more fun, I propose that you, WacoFork reader, comment with your top 5 list of new restaurants to hit Waco so far this year.
Here's a list of suggestions which includes new places that didn't exist in any other form in our town before this year. But feel free to write in others that aren't on the list.
So, alphabetically: BJ's Brewhouse, Cafe Vibrante, Crave Cafe, Freebirds, Jake's Texas Tea House, My Brewed Awakening, Quaker Steak & Lube, Sergio's, Trailhead Coffee Shop, Wako Roll and Which Wich.
And for a BONUS ROUND, here's a list of things on the way. Send us your top 3 that are piquing your interest.
Again, alphabetically: Dichotomy, Crepe & Roasters, The Egg & I, Lula Jane's, Wise Guys and Yazzi's.
