On Tuesday, Dustin Payne introduced us to the TSTC culinary arts program. Today I'm going to formally introduce Dustin, our intern this spring.

Dustin wrote a couple of articles for us in the fall, detailing Carino's wine-tasting events and Dave's Burger Barn's Thanksgiving drive. This spring we're turning him loose on all sort of Waco-restaurant-scene topics. It's part of his Truett Seminary studies as he's excited to learn and practice writing for new media.
We're looking forward to working with him too. He already dug in and produced an insightful piece about chef training and he's working on a fun look at our town's longest established restaurants. Between Dustin's input, Cory's knack for list posts and my sleuthing, we might just be a content juggernaut this spring.
