Ok, you caught us. This next "restaurant" isn't really a "restaurant." It's a beverage. But it's a beverage made right here in Waco and sold directly to consumers at the Waco Downtown Farmers Market and at Happy Harvest, among other places. The next company on the WacoFork Club list is Bare Bucha.
Bare Bucha is raw kombucha made with only the best, organic ingredients. I'll be honest and say that I've never had Bare Bucha, or even any kombucha for that matter. Frankly, I had to Google it to see exactly what it is! For those of you like me who are a little (ok a lot) less cultured, here is what Wikipedia says about it: "Kombucha is a variety of fermented, lightly effervescent sweetened black or green tea drinks that are commonly intended as functional beverages for their supposed health benefits."
This is one of the things I love about the WacoFork Club. We have a great variety of businesses offering discounts, and it gives me a great reason to go out and try new things. I can't wait to stop by Happy Harvest or the Farmers Market to get a $0.50 per bottle (limit 6 bottles per visit) discount on Bare Bucha and try all of their flavors: lemonade, lavendar, strawberry ginger, blueberry lemon, and pineapple coconut.
For those of you doing the math, that's $3 per visit you can save on Bare Bucha if you get 6 bottles! For those of you not good at math, well, you probably haven't signed up for the WacoFork Club yet, have you?
