I just joined The Baylor Club.
I feel like this blog is a few months overdue as The Baylor Club opened when McLane Stadium went live. Better late than never though.
The Baylor Club sold me on a number of benefits, not the least of which was montly complimentary golf at Clubcorp owned golf courses as part of the Baylor Club One level of membership. Long story short, if I use the benefits, the membership will pay for itself.
If you're reading this and you're thinking that I'm bragging, then you need to change your attitude. It's not very expensive to join and the rewards will add up quickly. A resident membership is $70 per month and gives you access to the club with 50 percent off dining.
It's even better if you're under 30 as the monthly dues drop to $25 with the same benefits.
Until now, all of the times I've been to McLane Stadium were to work with my other gig. It's going to be cool to go there just for fun. And from the tour I took of the club this morning, I can tell they work hard to put on lots of events to make memberhsip even more worthwhile. For example, there's a burger and craft beer dinner on April 23rd that has my full attention.
Check it out. Here's their website and if you join, tell them you heard about it here.
