Most of the time, our posts apply mostly to people looking to dine in Waco restaurants. This one is directed at Waco restaurateurs.
The McLennan Small Business Development Center is bringing in a restaurant-management expert for a one-day mini-conference for restaurant owners (note: the press release said "existing restaurant owners," which indicates that this isn't a free-for-all for anyone who's ever had the idea of opening a restaurant).
Chris Tripoli, president of Foodservice Consulting Group, will be giving a two-hour presentation followed by a one-hour Q&A session beginning at 9 a.m. on April 13 at the Waco Chamber of Commerce.
The event is free, but they would like it if you signed up. Go here to register and for more details.
