Now for a slight disclaimer: I have never participated in Diadeloso as I didn't attend Baylor. I went to Texas Tech, where we didn't have anything like Diadeloso. In fact, we had no occasions for blowing off class for a day and enjoying various other activities including the sampling of beverages (well, we sort of had a bunch of them, but we just referred to them as Thursdays). So I can't completely confidently advise anyone on how to celebrate Diadeloso. That stated, I assume eating an Oso burrito from El Crucero is the perfect way to do it.
