We've added two listing to our directory in the last six days. Both are called Bubba's and both are located on Hewitt Drive.
Confusing? Possibly.
Let me clarify. I added Uncle Bubba's Bistro, which can be found in the Cafes and Diners category, on Friday. Then just a little bit ago, I added Bubba's to the Burgers category.
I hope that makes sense. We're here to help, which leads me to my next point.
Both Uncle Bubba's Bistro and Bubba's were pointed out to me by WacoFork users who didn't see the restaurants in our listings. Neither restaurant was brand new. They've each been in their current locations for more than a year. We just hadn't come across them and now we have. Thanks to Mr. DavieG and Mr. Weed.
We're striving to be a comprehensive restaurant guide, listing every restaurant in town, but we don't have a magic wand that makes every place in town appear in the listings. It's taken a decent amount of research and reconnaissance to get here. We've added restaurants on a weekly basis since we launched in April. There are currently 401 restaurants listed in our directory and we're still not sure we've got every one in there.
Here's what we can promise. If you know about a restaurant and can't find it on our site, tell us about it. We'll locate the restaurant and add it to our directory.
One More Bite: The burger pictured along with this blog came from Uncle Bubba's Bistro. Uncle Bubba's wanted to go into the Cafes and Diners category because their menu offers a wide variety of both breakfast, lunch and dinner food. But make no mistake, they make a mean burger.
