Not your typical bar food
All you have to do is ask, and they will gladly modify the fruit & cheese trays for us low-carbers. I appreciate being able to enjoy a breadless snack and [red] wine at Uncorked without feeling conspicuous for ordering something unusual. Just ask for a cheese & summer sausage tray with no crackers, or a cheese fondue dish with only broccoli & summer sausage.

Nice place, close to home!
I like Uncorked. I am not wild about it, but I like it! I have been in some great wine bars so I am a bit picky. this however is a good one for our area.
I am particularly fond of the Agave wine margarita...it is a house specialty and they are good at it! The sandwiches and fruit/cracker and cheese plates are nice as well.
Great place to unwind on a Friday evening if you live in the Hewitt/Woodway are.

Meredeth
All I can say is Meredeth makes this place happen. It is like going to "Cheers" when she is working. She brings me my wine, almost as soon as I sit down!

A modern, friendly atmosphere with a good selection
My wife and I have been going to Uncorked for several years now. It's a great little wine bar.

We really like the atmosphere. It's very modern and very comfortable. There are enough tables for groups to gather and enough couches and soft chairs to make it a little more intimate for a date.

The wine selection is good, but not great. I think my single complaint is that they don't change the selection often enough for my tastes. I like to try new wines on a regular basis but Uncorked only adds or removes a wine a few times a year, if that.

They also have some snack food and deserts that tend to go well with wine: cheese & sausage with crackers, fondu, cheesecake, and other items that do seem to rotate more frequently than the wine list.

If you're looking for a lite dinner with good wine, a date night to sit and talk, or a place to gather with friends for fun, Uncorked is a great place to be.

good wine, knowledgeable staff, tasty snacks
We've been coming to Uncorked for awhile to learn about wine. The staff has been very knowledgeable and friendly. They also have great snacks to go with the wine: flatbreads, cheese or chocolate fondue, and always one or two tempting desserts.
