Watch local chefs make most popular dishes

I stumbled across a fun video album a few days ago called "Serve It Up, Waco" that I think you're all going to love! The five minute videos, created by the City of Waco, are in the style of Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives with local chefs making one of their most popular dishes. They've profiled several of my favorite spots: Clay Pot, World Cup Cafe, Schmaltz'sSergio's. I particularly enjoyed watching the proprietor of D's Mediterranean Grill make Lebanese tabboulleh, and hearing tips on making great biscuits from Nancy Grayson of Lula Jane's!

Another album you might find interesting is "On the Avenue," which profiles restaurants and shops Downtown. There is a great spot on Dichotomy Coffee & Spirits highighting the uniqueness of their ingredients.
